According to article 127 of the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Iran and the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers No H/287 T/46214, Ministries shall submit a list of goods to be imported in Iran. Budget allocation shall derive from revenues coming from the exportation of carpet production. The list includes 28 items. The following are those relevant for Agriculture: equipment, machinery and spare parts for agricultural and irrigation systems, etc.; raw material, tools and spare parts for pressurized irrigation systems, all types of chemical fertilizers; vegetable seeds (hybrid included), grass seed, microelements, peat moss; olive and tea harvest machinery and packaging equipment; lemon wrapping and packaging paper materials; meat; butter; aquaculture, fish feed, eggs and breeding materials; fishing tools and accessories; cold storage facilities for meat, fish and poultry processing factories; cheese and dairy products, packaging materials.
