Climate Change Agreements (Eligible Facilities) Regulations 2012 (S.I. No. 2999 of 2012).
These Regulations define what is an eligible facility (e.g. an electricity generation plant or combined heat and power stations) for the purposes of entering into a climate change agreement with the Secretary of State. They also define “eligible process”, i.e. a process or activity or a combination of processes or activities listed in the Schedule to these Regulations carried out at an installation or site.
