Governmental Decree No. 370 validating the Regulation on distribution of quotas for greenhouse gas emissions and formation of reserves of fixed quantity and amount of quotas within the National distribution plan of greenhouse gas emission quotas.
This Governmental Decree sets forth the procedure for distribution of quotas for greenhouse gas emissions and formation of reserves of fixed quantity and amount of quotas within the National distribution plan of greenhouse gas emission quotas. Distribution of quotas for greenhouse gas emissions by facilities shall be performed on the basis of application of a baseline or specific multipliers of greenhouse gas emissions, with the consideration of the obligations related to limiting and (or) reducing greenhouse gas emissions. Reserve of fixed quantity and amount of quotas within the National distribution plan of greenhouse gas emission quotas shall be calculated for the period of validity of the National plan.
