Decree No. 49 of the Ministry of Economy validating the Regulation on conclusion of contracts for supply of ammonium nitrate to the producers of agricultural commodities.
This Decree establishes basic requirements for conclusion of contracts for supply, storage, trade and transportation of ammonium nitrate to the producers of agricultural commodities. It shall be applicable to all the national manufacturers, suppliers and transporters of ammonium nitrate. Ammonium nitrate delivered to the producers of agricultural commodities shall be used exclusively on the national territory and it shall not be subject to reselling. Ammonium nitrate delivery contracts shall be concluded in accordance with: (a) supply schedule specifying amount and terms of delivery for those having contractual obligations with the state; and (b) certificate issued by local self-government attesting availability of cultivated land.
