Presidential Decree No. 3000 on additional support to agricultural producers for providing seed, fertilizer and breeding animals.
This Decree aims at increasing the agricultural production, providing highly productive wheat seed and mineral fertilizer to agricultural producers and developing animal breeding. This Decree sets out the following measures to achieve these aims: (i) taking financial agricultural measures by reducing the interest rate, (ii) importing breeding animals in order to increase the productivity of agricultural animals, improve animal species and increase the number of breeding animals (iii) carrying out the construction of warehouses for storage of mineral fertilizers, agricultural instruments and technological equipment, and (iv) improving distribution of fertilizers in the country by establishing distribution centers in different regions.
