This Regulation of the Minister of Environment and Spatial Planning lays down the types of the parameters of waste water for the initial measurements and operational monitoring of waste water, methodology of sampling and measurement parameters and quantities of waste water, content of the report on initial measurements and operational monitoring, and the manner and form of reporting to the Ministry of the Environment, in accordance with regulation of the European Union. This Regulation also sets out the technical requirements for operational monitoring and the reasons for the withdrawal of authorizations for operational monitoring.
