Regulation on the emission of substances and heat in the discharge of waste water from the production, processing and treatment of textile fibers.
This Regulation of the Government of the Republic of Slovenia, which is composed of 11 articles and one Annex, establishes specific requirements concerning the emission of substances in the discharge of industrial waste water from plants dealing with the production, preprocessing, postprocessing of textile fibers. In particular this Regulation sets out parameters of industrial waste water (art. 3) and specific measures relating to the reduction of emissions (art. 4). Monitoring of the implementation of this Regulation shall be conducted by inspectors responsible for environmental protection.
