This Regulation provides for fertilizer quality management, for the production, processing, trade and use of fertilizers and for the list of fertilizers permitted for production, trade and use in Viet Nam.; The Regulation stipulates that domestic fertilizer producers, traders and importers shall: announce applied standards specifying sampling, analysis and labelling methods; have fertilizers certified and announced for technical regulation conformity; and have their fertilizers sampled and inspected for quality analysis.; The Regulation further provides for: conditions and criteria for fertilizers to be on the fertilizer list and procedures for their registration and for conditions for fertilizer production, trade, use, import and export; responsibilities of state management agencies on fertilizers; handling of violations; etc.
