Order No 108 of 2002 of Minister of Environment and Natural Resources of Georgia on Special Requirements Imposed on Atmospheric Air in Resorts, Sanitary Zones of Resorts and Protected Territories
The Order regulates atmospheric air quality in resorts, sanitary zones of resorts and protected territories of Georgia. It consists of seven articles: Legal basis (1); Scope of regulation (2); Purpose and objective (3); Definition of main terms (4); Special regulations of air quality in cases of planning, undertaking and finalizing activities in resorts, sanitary zones of resorts and protected territories (5); Liability (6); and Amendments and additions to the Order (7). The Order aims to protect resorts, sanitary zones of resorts and protected territories from air contamination with hazardous substances.
