Walloon Government Decree on sectoral water conditions for the preparation of meat products.
This decree of the Walloon Government lays down the regulation concerning industrial wastewater discharged into public sewers deriving from the industry of the preparation of meat products. Article 7 states that for establishments existing at the date of entry into force of this Order, the competent authority may prescribe special conditions less stringent than the present sectoral conditions. Nevertheless, these particular conditions will be at least equivalent to the previous authorization. The period of validity of these particular conditions can not exceed October 31st, 2007.
