Order of 5 September 2003 on the checks to be carried out by the person responsible for placing standardized fertilizers and growing media on the market.
The person responsible for placing standardized fertilizers and growing media on the market shall be required to inspect the product as it is placed on the market in order to verify compliance with the standards set out in Annex I to this the decree of 5 September 2003 on the mandatory implementation of standards. The conformity of a product with a standard results, in particular, in the verification of specifications and marking elements as specified in the relevant standard. This verification is carried out by means of regular analyzes of the products put on the market in the manner specified in the relevant standard.
