Royal Decree No. 301/2011 - Mitigation measures equivalent to participation in the trading regime of emission rights for the exclusion of small-sized facilities.
The purpose of this Royal Decree is to determine the mitigation measures that contribute to a reduction in emissions equivalent to the one that involves participation in the greenhouse gas emission rights trading regime for the purpose of excluding it from the moment of period of commerce that begins in 2013 for hospitals and small-sized facilities.
