Law No. 12/2014 - Agrarian Law of the Balearic Islands.
The purpose of this Law is the general management of the agricultural, livestock, forestry and agri-food sectors and rural development of the Balearic Islands, which are recognized as strategic and multifunctional, within the framework of the common European agricultural policy and the State legislation. The material scope of application of this law includes the regulation and registration of the exercise of agrarian and complementary activity; the production, transformation and commercialization of agriculture and agri-food; the agrarian uses; and other related matters.
