Regulation on limit values of hazardous and harmful substances in waters which, after purification from the public sewage, are discharged into the natural recipient.
This Regulation stipulates the limit values (maximum presence of certain pollutants) of hazardous and harmful substances present in wastewaters that can be discharged into the natural recipient after the necessary purification, further defining the conditions for discharge of waste waters from the system of Public sewage into the natural recipient, as well as the manner of mandatory controls over the wastewater quality/chemical structure.; The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
