Regulation on maximum levels for certain contaminants in food.
This Regulation prescribes the maximum levels for certain contaminants in food, also by defining the maximum levels of nitrates, mycotoxins, metals, metalloids, 3-monochloro propanediol (3-MPCD), polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons, dioxins and polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs), including the measures to be taken in the event of exceeding their maximum allowable quantity-concentration.; The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
