Ministerial Decree No. 183 on emissions of pollutants to the atmospheric air.
This Ministerial Decree establishes the modalities of calculation and validation of emission standards for the emission of pollutants to the atmospheric air. It establishes two categories of emissions: (a) technical emission limits set for some types of stationary sources and for means of transport and non-stationary sources; and (b) maximum allowable emissions limits set for specific stationary sources and for legal persons and industrial production sites. Emission limits and the form of authorization for emissions shall be calculated and set forth by the Federal Ecological, Technological and Nuclear Supervision Service. The aforesaid Service shall charge environmental fees for the issuance of emissions authorization.
