Order No. 650 of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Ecology validating the Regulation on issuance by the Federal Nature Management Supervision Service of permits for emission of pollutants to the atmospheric air, except for radioactive substances.
This Order regulates issuance by the Federal Nature Management Supervision Service of permits for emission of pollutants to the atmospheric air from stationary sources subject to federal state environmental audit. The aforesaid permits shall be issued to legal persons and individual entrepreneurs that are owners of stationary pollution sources subject to federal state environmental audit. The aforesaid permits establish quantity of pollutants authorized for emission to atmospheric air in compliance with requirements envisaged by the federal legislation.
