This Act makes provision for the control on the trade in and placing on the market and use of fertilizers, pesticides and biological control agents for use in agriculture, products for the feeding of domestic animals or livestock and substances used for the maintenance or improvement of health of domestic animals, livestock, poultry, birds, wild animals or fish.; All the substances covered by this Act and sterilizing plants and pest operators shall be registered with the Registrar appointed under this Act. The Act further contains rules relative to importation, packing, labelling, manufacture, sale, inspection, etc. of these substances and the use of sterilizing plants. A sterilizing plant is a plant used for the sterilizing of bones and other substances of animals.
