Instruction No. c806 on organization and carrying out inspections of the state and protection of water.
This Instruction establishes the modalities of water protection, water conservation and water management activities of the waterbodies that represents a form of state control over rational water management, protection of waterbodies against pollution, clogging, exhaustion, efficient functioning of waterworks and observance of requirements for effluent waste water discharge. The purpose of inspection shall be: (a) enforcement of water legislation; (b) data collection of waterbodies and water basins; (c) identification of sources of water pollution; and (d) elaboration and issuance of orders and recommendations on improvement of the state of waterbodies, prevention of pollution of waterbodies and rehabilitation thereof.
