Harbour Administration - Chapter 1 of Title 10 of the Guam Administrative Rules and Regulations.
These Regulations concern the administration and management of the Commercial Port of Guam, and the provision of port services. They define duties of the Manager of the Commercial Port of Guam, the Harbour Master, the Dockmaster and the Commercial Port Safety Section. They also contain rules relative to, among other things, navigation, berthing, handling of hazardous substances, discharge of waste and unloading of livestock.
