Order No. 83-p of the Minister of Natural resources and Environmental Protection on maximum emission limits.
The purpose of the Order shall be to coordinate the establishment of maximum emission and discharge limits of the pollutants into environment. Environmental institutions must examine in conformity with the outcome of the environmental audit the projected maximum emission and discharge limits of the pollutants into environment. The nature manager must coordinate, validate and review the established maximum emission and discharge limits between various environmental institutions. Authorization for emissions and discharge shall be issued according to the coordinated and validated rates of maximum emission and discharge limits of the pollutants into environment.
