Decision No. 68/2003/QD-BNN promulgating the list of fertilizers subject to quality standard announcement.
The Decision provides for the inclusion of a certain number of fertilizers in the list of those approved for use in Vietnam, pending their quality standards notification (mono-and pluri-mineral, biological and organic compounds).
