Ordinance on the cases for which permit or registration is required for import, export and transit of waste, establishment of bank guarantee and on the control of transboundary movement of waste.
This Ordinance sets out requirements and conditions in order to apply for permits for the import, export and transport of waste, and the cases when a bank guarantee is required.; This Ordinance shall not apply to any of the wastes specified in article 3. The Ordinance further provides for the following: procedures for the transboundary movement of waste; issuance, registration and reporting of transboundary movement of waste; establishment of bank guarantees or insurances; and the control of the transboundary movement of waste.
