This Order aims to regulate buses and trucks in an environmental zone, including administrative rules for issuing environmental zone marks. It applies to transiting vehicles in these areas and the application of particle-filtering devices in order to control emission pollution. Vehicles are required to have an environmental zone label on their windshield when they are in an environmental zone.
