Regulation on methods for the monitoring of forest ecosystem damage.
This Regulation prescribes the manner for a broadly based, harmonized, comprehensive and long-term monitoring of forest ecosystem in terms of effective damage, including the monitoring of grid points, data collection methods, registry maintenance, and conditions of use and delivery of collected data on forest ecosystem damage to domestic and international bodies and institutions (monitoring and data collection/delivery carried out within the framework of the International Program for Assessment and Monitoring of Aesthetic Pollution on Forests, and also in accordance with the Convention on Long-range transboundary Air Pollution).; The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
