Royal Decree establishing the Forest Reserve Management Regulations.
This royal decree brings the regulations relating to the management of forest reserves. Specifically, Article 2 establishes that the establishment and management of forest reserves is based on scientific analysis and must be consistent with the objectives set out in Article 20 of the Nature Conservation Act. Article 8 specifies that in forest reserves the movement and parking of motorized vehicles shall only be permitted on public roads. The development of car parks and RV parks is prohibited. The access, circulation and parking of cars and service vehicles, necessary for forest management and the practice of hunting and fishing are authorized with the agreement of the owner.
