Decree on the protection of aquatic habitats.
With a view to ensuring the protection of aquatic habitats, the present Decree lays down detailed measures to identify those waterworks and installations which may have an impact on water courses and habitats and, thus, shall be subjected to a previous Environmental Impact Assessment. In particular, the Decree defines the procedure to be followed to obtain the authorization required.
