The Resolution regulates storing, transporting, selling and using of pesticides and agro-chemicals. It consists of 29 articles: General provisions (1); General safety requirements (2); Safety requirements for storing, issuing and transporting pesticides (3); Safety rules when working with spraying devices and equipment (4); Safety rules when using ground devices applying pesticides (5); Using pesticides by aviation methods (6); Using pesticides in greenhouses (7); Rules for rendering safe vehicles, equipment, tare, premises and special clothing (8); Safety rules for processing seeds before sowing, when transporting seeds and during the sowing (9); Safety rules for producing and using baits (10); Using pesticides in forestry (11); Using pesticides for protecting greenery in populated areas (12); Using pesticides on the land adjacent to railway (13); Counter-insect and counter-rat measures (14); Individual protection means for personnel working with pesticides (15); Fumigation, application of gas and wet counter-insect measures (16); Requirements imposed on sanitary-domestic measures (17); Requirements for health of personnel who come into contact with pesticides (18); Measures for protecting environmental objects and agricultural products (including processed products) (19); Transportation of pesticides (20); Particulars of selling pesticides (21); Requirements imposed on sales points of pesticides (22); Effective and safe use of pesticides (23); Importing and placing on market of agro-chemicals (24); Storing and transporting agro-chemicals (25); Sale of agro-chemicals (26); Using agro-chemicals (27); Prohibitions in use of agro-chemicals (28); and Liability for violating the rules under this Resolution (29). The Resolution provides for general safety requirements in connection with pesticides and agro-chemicals, as well as labor, industrial, fire safety and environmental standards.
