Regulation establishing the reference conditions for surface waters.
This Regulation determines the necessary reference conditions for surface water body types (specific reference conditions) that correspond to the values of quality elements in excellent ecological status of surface waters present on the territory of the Republic of Serbia.; These specific reference conditions are based on the: 1) research and measurement at reference sites; 2) historical sources; 3) targeted research on the part of the surface water of a certain type, which is estimated to have the lowest exposure to anthropogenic pressure; 4) data from reference sites for the types of surface waters, their overall characteristics; 5) professional evaluation.; The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
