Order of 7 July 2005 on allowable deviations for fertilizers and growing media.
The provisions of this Order apply to fertilizers and growing media that do not bear the indication "EC fertilizer" as defined by the EC Regulation of 13 October 2003 on fertilizers. The allowable deviations between the average or minimum value found in the analysis and the declared value may not exceed the values set out in the annex to this Order. In the absence of a permissible deviation defined in the annex to this decree concerning a specification included in the marking elements of a fertilizing material or a growing medium, the deviations noted in the analysis may not exceed 10% as a percentage of the declared value.
