The purpose of this Royal Decree is to regulate the sustainability criteria of biofuels and bioliquids established in Community regulations, the establishment of the national system for verifying the sustainability of biofuels and bioliquids, and the configuration of the double value of certain biofuels. , for the fulfillment of the obligatory objectives in matter of energies coming from renewable sources in the transport and the obligation to use renewable energies.
