Law No. 11/2014 - Law on Prevention and Environmental Protection of Aragon.
The purpose of this Law is to establish the legal regime of environmental administrative intervention applicable to the plans, programs, projects, facilities and activities that are intended to be developed in the territorial area of Aragon, capable of producing effects on the environment, without prejudice to those whose environmental control and evaluation corresponds to the General State Administration according to the competences attributed to it by the basic state legislation.
