Overview
The objective of the project was to improve the performance and sustainability of water supply, wastewater, and solid waste services in the Second Liaoning Medium Cities Infrastructure Project (LMC-2) cities. Enhanced wastewater and solid waste services will also help reduce nitrogen and other pollutants into the Bohai Sea and contribute to improving Bohai Sea water quality.
