This Order establishes the modalities of carrying out the state control over protection of the atmospheric air, legalization of the outcome of inspection and bringing to responsibility of the infringers of the legislation on protection of the atmospheric air. In the process of inspection shall be checked: (a) compliance with standards, rules and regulations on atmospheric air, emission standards; (b) fulfilment of arrangements for protection of the atmospheric air; (c) observance of the prescriptions of environmental audit; (d) recycling of hazardous emissions; and (e) registration of sources of hazardous impact on atmospheric air. The Order contains the form of authorization for carrying out inspection and the form of conclusion of the inspection.
