This decree applies to sites that have been protected provisionally or definitively pursuant to articles 6 and 9 of the decree of 16 April 1996 on the protection of sites. It consists of 17 articles divided into 3 chapters: General protection requirements and authorization procedures (II) - Site requirements in general - Requirements for buildings or structures and roads - Requirements for relief, management and hydrography - Requirements for fauna, flora and vegetation - Requirements for forests and their exploitation - Requirements for site-specific elements and orchards with tall stems - Requirements for gardens and parks - Procedure notice and authorization; Creation of a register and introduction of the distinctive emblem (III). An appendix is attached to this decree: Figure in black and white of the distinctive sign of the protected sites.
