The Order provides sets of environmental quality rules. It adopts the following annexes for a variaty of sanitary areas: Sanitary rules for protection of surface waters from pollution (Annex 2); Hygiene requirements imposed on water quality in non-centralized water supply system. Sanitary protection of water sources (Annex 3); Protection of marine coastal waters in the areas of water use by the population (Annex 4); Sanitary rules for protection of underground waters (Annex 16); Sanitary protection zones for water objects used for water supply sources and potable-industrial water systems (Annex 5); Hygiene requirements imposed on atmospheric air of inhabited areas (Annex 6); Maximum permitted concentrations of pollutant substances in the atmospheric air of inhabited areas (Annex 12); Hygiene requirements imposed on used water and their residues used for irrigation and as fertilizer (Annex 7); Sanitary rules – electromagnetic radiation of radiofrequency diapasons (Annex 8); Sanitary requirements of permitted levels of physical factors for items of popular use in household settings (Annex 9); Sanitary-protection zones of radiofrequency diapasons with electromagnetic radiation (Annex 15); Noise in work zones, in storage facilities of residential and public buildings as well as in residential areas (Annex 10); Vibration in industrial areas as well as in storage facilities of residential and public buildings (Annex 11); Hygiene assessment of soil in inhabited areas (Annex 13); and Methodological guidelines for assessment of soil for risks of contamination with chemical substances (Annex 14).
