Governmental Decree No. 367 amending Ministerial Decree No. 535 validating the Regulation on economic assessment of environmental damages caused by pollution.
Item 8 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Exceeding emissions over fixed emission rates shall be determined either through instrumental measurement or through calculation in accordance with established methodology”.
