Ordinance by the regional government of Styria issuing guidelines implementing the promotion of measures concerning waste water discharge.
The present Ordinance consists of 4 articles and 1 Annex laying down guidelines for the promotion of measures concerning waste water discharge. The objective of these measures is the protection of surface water and groundwater against impurities. Moreover, the promotions measures shall be implemented in such way that for users excess fees remain within reasonable limits. The text – consisting of 8 articles – deals with the following aspects: objectives, promotion of measures,applicants, requirements and limitation and payment of promotion.
