Prohibition on the acquisition and use of certain agricultural remedies in certain areas (GN. R. 2370 of 1991).
This Notice of the Minister of Agriculture, acting under section 7biS(t)(a) of the Fertilizers, Farm Feeds, Agricultural Remedies and Stock Remedies Act, 1947, prohibits: the acquisition and use of agricultural remedies that contain specified substances; prohibits the aerial spraying of such remedy in the Province of Natal and other aerial spraying; use of specified substances in certain areas.
