CRZ-IV including sea water area influenced by tides. The coastal States and Union Territory will prepare within a period of twenty four months from the date of issue of this Notification a 1:25 000 scale map identifying and classifying the CRZ areas within the respective territories in accordance with the guidelines given in Annex I. This will be submitted to the State Government for appraisal, compliance and eventual implementation and enforcement.; Annex II - List of petroleum and chemical products permitted for storage [CRZ except CRZ-I(A)].; Annex III - Guidelines for development of beach resorts or hotels in the designated areas of CRZ-III and CRZ-II for occupation of tourist or visitors with prior approval of the Ministry of Environment and Forests.; Annex IV - Form-I for seeking clearance for project attracting CRZ notification.
