This decree updates the technical framework of non-hazardous waste storage facilities in the light of technological developments, in particular good practices in the field of passive and active sealing barriers, and implementation of the biogas capture network. the beginning of its production and exploitation of the bioreactor bins. The ministerial decree also updates the list of waste eligible for non-hazardous waste storage facilities.
