Regulation No. 6 on methods and procedures for the measurement of harmful substance point-source emissions discharged to the atmosphere.
This Regulation lays down methods and procedures to measure harmful substances emissions from stationary sources. It sets requirements to measurement procedures, registration, data collection, processing, storage and submission of measurements results, and other technical or operational requirements.; The Regulation makes provision for the measurements for control purposes, which shall be carried out by the competent authorities, and for internal measurements, which shall be carried out by owners or operators of the plants.
