Environment Protection Act.
The purpose of the present Act is to protect human beings, animals and plants, as well as their biotic communities against harmful effects and to conserve permanently natural living space and biological varieties, soil fertilization and water and air quality. The text consists of 97 articles divided into 6 Parts as follows: Principles and general provisions (I); Limitation of environmental impact (II); Third party liability (III); Procedures and legal remedies (IV); Penalties (VI); Transitional and final provisions (VII). One Annex is enclosed.
