Greenhouse Gas Reduction Targets Act ([SBC 2007] Chapter 42).

The present Act lays down provisions relating to the reduction of greenhouse gas. For the purpose of the present Act “greenhouse gas means any or all of carbon dioxide, methane, nitrous oxide, hydrofluorocarbons, perfluorocarbons, sulphur hexafluoride and any other substance prescribed by regulation. The text consists of 14 sections divided into 3 Parts as follows: BC Greenhouse gas emissions targets (1); Carbon neutral public sector (2); General provisions (3).
