Regulation No. 9 on limit values for sulphur dioxide, nitrogen dioxide, fine particulate matter and lead in ambient air.
This Regulation sets concentration limit values and alert thresholds for a range of air pollutants such as sulphur dioxide, nitrogen oxide, fine particulate matter and lead.; Municipal Authorities, in coordination with the relevant Regional Environmental Inspectorate, shall undertake the corresponding measures in order to maintain the levels of such air pollutants under the exceeding limit values.; The relevant competent authorities shall ensure that adequate information on levels of air pollutants is made available to the public.
