Federal Air Pollution Control Act.
The purpose of the present Act is to conserve the natural composition of the ambient air thus ensuring the permanent protection of health and well-being of human-beings; the protection of the life of animals and plants; and the protection of objects relevant to human beings. Article 2 establishes that everybody shall comply with these restrictions and not engage in activities, such as incinerating used tyres, plastic materials, varnish, synthetic materials, treated timber and other substances through which the quality of the air is bound to be altered.
