Presidential Decree No. 528 “On complex environmental permits”.
This Presidential Decree establishes that legal persons and individual entrepreneurs performing (or intended to perform) operation of objects causing environmental impact shall be granted the right to request and obtain complex environmental permits. Starting from 1 January 2016 the aforesaid activity shall be authorized exclusively in the presence of complex environmental permit that shall be unique authorization attesting the right to perform emissions to the atmospheric ait, special water management, non-domestic (industrial) waste storage and disposal.
