Austral-Pacific Fertilizers Limited Agreement Act 1967.
This Act declares an Agreement between the Minister for Industrial Development on behalf of Queensland and Austra-Pacific Fertilizers Limited for the establishment of a fertilizer producing plant to be law. Further agreement between the Parties may be made but must be approved by Regulation. The Governor in Council may make regulations under this Act. The Company shall produce, with assistance of the State, ammonia and urea.
