This Regulation provides a general guide to the management of compound NPK fertilizer, granulated organic fertilizer and liquid organic fertilizer direct assistance of the budget year 2011.; The Director General of Agricultural Infrastructures and Facilities on behalf of the Agriculture Minster shall decide allocations of this direct assistance for each region. The Prospective Farmers and Location (CPCL) shall propose to distribute compound NPK fertilizer, granulated organic fertilizer and liquid organic fertilizer direct assistance to farmer groups in order to increase food security.
