Regulations made under the Water Pollution Ordinance (Cap. 358). They, inter alia, prescribe the method of calculation of quantities, rates and temperature of exempt discharges and deposits (regs. 3 and 4), specify particulars to be included in statutory public notices made under section 19(3) of the Ordinance (reg. 5), regulate the procedure of applications for licences (reg. 8), regulate the registration of existing discharge or deposit from industrial premises or domestic sewerage treatment plants (reg. 13) and of application for licences to discharge or deposit from industrial premises or domestic sewerage treatment plants (reg. 14) and applications for variation of renewals (reg. 15), and prescribe various forms for the purposes of the Ordinance in Schedule 2.
